Is this something to be concerned about?

I’ve had these guys for almost two years now and the gold lasers have always been shy compared to the orange venezuelans and pandas.

Noticed that this little fella is a tad pink even though he eats well.

Water parameters are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and 15 nitrates and a ph of around 7.5.

Is this the dreaded red blotch disease and if so what do I do?

Thanks in advance.

Here’s a few more pics with the other goldies. The chinky female at least 1.5 inches long but is also the most shy fish in the tank despite being by far the largest one in there.

I would be concerned, and watch it closely. I've only ever seen "red blotch' in Corys that just arrived in delayed shipments or overpacked shipping bags. I've never encountered it in an established, well cared for looking group like that.

Whether you treat with antibiotics becomes your call. I live in a no aquarium antibiotics country, so I'll leave what you use to your research and what you can get. I'm not sure you'll get a definitive diagnosis from a photo, of if such inflammation isn't from multiple possible causes.
