Is This Rock Ok?

Been digging the garden this week and loved this rock, its been soaking in water for a week already

Just want to know if this rock would be ok to wrap an Anubia(sp?) to in a 10G Betta Tank

Drop a little vingar on it. If it fizzes throw it away. If not, it will be safe to use.

Fizzing with vinagar means it's full of carbonates and in hard water tanks they won't be a problem like a malawi tank but not ideal for a low ph setup.
