It is kind of hard to see the front of the dorsal fin with the light coming through it, but it looks like the black rays are pretty long. Maybe it is a young male, but the fins seem a little too short to me to be a male.

Another vote for a female here. The anal fin is very short and round, whereas a male's would be longer and pointed. Same with the back end of the dorsal fin; it's very round, whereas a male's would be much longer and pointy.
i would also say female but if you could get a better pic without the light coming right on her/him, we could tell if its belly is reddish pink like a female
I think I would have to vote for female, although the pink tint isn't very obvious, I agree that the fins don't quite look right for a male. One of my females previously went through a phase after moving tank of looking very pale, quite like this one
