i was sold this beautiful looking plant for 75p. i don't know what it is and i'm pretty sure that the lfs i bought it off knows which plants are aquatic and which aren't and he would never sell plants that aren't aquatic.
the problem is, it currently has no roots! lol but i thought they may grow.
so, an ID would be great so i know how big it gets and if it needs any special requirements. he said it was an ivy plant.

here it is;

it is very difficult to get a direct photo, without the flash bouncing off the glass, of biggest leaf because of it's position in the tank and the position of my tank.

Doesnt look aquatic to me, i actualy think ive seen it in my garden lol

Non aquatic. It is a Syngonium, probably S. podophyllum. A nice house plant often sold as suitable for aquaria, which it is not.

gonna go with everyone else on this on non aquatic. i do believe iv had that in my terarium back when i had a red eyed tree frog.

I have been told its none aquatic also by many ppl and also my mother has these on her kitchen window ledge lol, but i had one in my tank for 3 months and it didnt die, i took it out whne i got a load of new proper aquarium ones.
