Is This Ok

I have just started a 20 gallon long planted tank. I have about 58 watts on it. I am also running the jungle C02 set up on it. My main goal here is to get my baby tears to grow like a carpet on the bottom of the tank is it possible with this set up. Tanks for any help or suggestions(also can post pics if needed.

If by baby tears you mean HM then it wont carpet, you need HC that should carpet.

HM - Hemianthus micranthemoides

HC - Hemianthus callitrichoides
