I bought a couple of "Hongi" on Saturday. They are around 6" so probably not going to grow much more.

Anyway. They seem happy enough swimming round in and out of the rocks but I have noticed one of them does something that seems a bit odd to me.

I've seen it a couple of times shaking/shivering, like a human would do if you were cold. It does it for about 5 seconds then is fine. Other than that its fine and all the other fish are fine & all feeding. I'm not sure why its doing this! Should I be concerned?

Any ideas?

Not at all - most Mbuna do this, it is one of 2 things.

1. A sign of aggression normally from a dominant male

2. A male displaying to a female (showing off)

Makes sense actually as it does it when the other one is near to it and it is the dominant male thats doing it.

Thanks :)
