is this normal for platy fry to do?

I have two platy fry one of them was born a couple weeks before the other so he is a little bit bigger but not by much. I noticed that the bigger one has been chasing around the smaller one for the last couple of days. Up until now they have not done this before. Is that normal to platy fry start to get agressive sometimes?

Yep. One is the dominant one, or maybe the male. Very normal, I see it a lot in my babies.

oh ok good I am glad it is normal. Have they ever killed eachother?

No. Just a little chasing to get their pecking order straight, and show who's the boss.

They will be fine in the end the little one will wind up being the boss..

With my guppy fry I tend to be able to pick the males by watching for the bullies. Which in my case means all of them. I have a tendency towards only getting male guppy fry
