Is this light kit a good deal?

I'd pick the 65 watt 24" kit
It comes with a 65 watts 10,000K bulb and a lunar light

This will give me decent lighting for my 20 gallon tank. I would also order the hagen Plant Gro CO2 system.

I currently have a 15 watt 18 inch bulb for my 20 gallon. I want my plants to show color and grow!!

something equivalent in canada would cost me 60$ more

sounds like good stuff to me. I would change the bulb to a 5500k-6700k full spectrum bulb to get all those good plant colors. Also for 20 gal a diy co2 reactor will have the same effect as the hagen and it will cost maybe 5$.
