Hi I’m new to keeping fish and I have noticed a white dot forming on one of my mollies fins. I’m wondering if this is ich and I should get some medication? I can not see any white dots on any of my other fish.

Looks like fin rot as opposed to ich. Please can you share water parameters, namely Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate.

Also tank size and any other fish besides the mollies, please.

Yesterday my water parameters ware:
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 1
Ph 6
Kh 40
Gh 30
My tank is 60 litres and I also have 4 neon tetras and 2 cuckoo catfish.

Thank you. So are you currently doing a fish-in cycle? If you are measuring nitrites (we don't know ammonia, but would also assume they're above 0), then your tank is still cycling and growing the beneficial bacteria.
Whilst there is ammonia and nitrite in the water, this is toxic to the fish and compromises their immune system and so other bacteria and fungus can then make them ill, such as fin rot or ich.
I'd advise you perform a large water change, as much water as you can, and refill with conditioned water (ie Seachem Prime).
