Is This Ich

This morning I noticed that two of my black mollys have white spots on them. All over the place too! There definitely not as active. I was wondering is this ich and what is the most affective way to treating it!?

Not ich- it looks like columnaris. It requires anti-biotic treatment. Treat with either a broad spectrum antibiotic or else with both Maracyn and Maracyn Two.
 
Sometimes it takes two treatments rounds. If so increase the dosing in the second round by 25-50% as this helps with stubborn cases.

Ok thanks! I had no idea to what it was. Im going to get some right now. They seemed to be hiding and very sluggish. Big help!
