is this ich?

just got a new dwarf gourami. he has a strange white spot on his forehead, and now i noticed one just below, near his eye. this is too big to be ich right? any ideas what it is?

I wouldn't think it's ich, that's more like grains of salt. Could it be fungus? How is the fish acting?

aggressively! but then i think he's just making his presence felt. he's the big fish in the pond now

he chases the female gourami (not very romantically) and chases the guppies and black phantoms too

When my fish start to get them I put them in my hospital tank and put some Maracyn in with them and they are gone in a few days but I always leave them in the medicine for 5 days. To make sure that it is completely well. It seems to take care of the problem I think it is fungus my self. I have had four fish to do this so far and the maracyn always takes care of it.
