Ive just recieved my plant order and have this plant below:

glosso.JPG

Teh above is meant to be glosso ive never purcahsed or seen the plant "live" ive seen it in pictures etc but i just didnt expect it to look like it does. It has a very broad stem with the plants coming off the sides. So just making sure it is glosso and not some other random plant.

Thanks

Darren

No its not, looks like a Bacopa, poss B. caroliniana.

Where did you get your plants from? Seems they don't know what they are talking about.

Plants alive i got them from. First error they have ever made. Didnt think it was glosso. Thanks Guys :)

It looks a lot like Ammania mini species to me. I got a dodgy bunch off Greenline which did a lot of dying off, and I am now left with just a few healhy stems.

Thanks, it does look like the above. I have emailed PA and will see what they are going to do.

Thanks guys!

I ordered some tropica glosso from AE. It's tip top but i ran out of space in my nano and there was no where to plant it. It's still in it's pot and ive for the time being had it in my down stairs tank (Rio 125) and it's still looking really good. You're more than welcome to it if you want it.
Send a PM if you are interested and later I will PM you back and see what we can sort out :good:

the purslane weed i see in my backyard lot

I am not sure the leaf shape matches Purslane (never heard of it, sorry). Plus, I am guessing, Purslane is a weed in the US.
