is this fish combo ok?

would a combonation of 2 rope fish, 1 pictus catfish, 1 black ghost knifefish, 3 candy striped plecos,and 1 african butterfly fish be ok?

in a 55 gallon tank.......or would i need a bigger tank

probly Not. Pictus's Need to be kept in groups of at least 3. The BGK might get too big for yur tank. Also Either the Rope fish or BGK willmost likely Eat the ABF

what if i bought a 125 gallon tank(one on sale at lfs) and took the african butterfly fish out would that work?

There is no way a rope would eat an ABF, ropefish aren't as thick as their polypterid cousins (bichirs) and eat smaller food. I doubt a BGK would bother an ABF either
