Is this finrot??

Also the 2 fish that have it arent moving at all they just lie there, also white stringy poo from ram.
there is also high ammonia in tank which i am trying to resolve as you know
will these be secondary infections to ammonia problem.

or will i need to treat them for this??

that definately looks like fin rot, you need some melafix and use this with some myxazin by waterlife, if you can't get that try melafix and pimafix, I had a very similar looking case of finrot and this seemed to stop it.
Also adding aquarium salt helps with healing, and salt dips, but if you have a tank full of this best just adding it to the whole aquarium unless you have any scaleless fish or invertibrates.....as they can't handle salt!
 
to be honest it would be worth treating it anyway as it's bacterial, if you do melafix and pimafix both are very mild anyway!
