Is This Enough Light?found Site Where Prices R 2 Good To B True

It really depends on what type of tank you want. With that fixture you're probably looking at the tank being high light. If you're after an 'easier' tank then a light fixture that gave you around 60-70w would probably be better. Whichever you get you'll probably have to change the supplied bulbs to ones more suitable for plant growth.

I just got a light from there. I got a big one with 4 T6 bulbs. I didn't need that much light, but it was cheaper to get it and only run 2 lights than to get a little one. From my research and advice from George... I got the one that has pink and white bulbs. It is working very well so far.
That place does have really good deals sometimes.
Ususally the blue and white is used for salt water, and the pink and white is used for fresh water. The blue light tends to encourage algae growth.
I hope this helps some.

hmm they don't have a white and pink one for 96 watt but so i would have to get the all white one or the white and blue one or the all blue. Which one would work for plants
