Is This Co2 Bottle Ok

is this bottle OK for a 180 litre tank co2 bottle

also how long would run for before i need to fillit up again? i will only use the co2 during the day.

20oz is tiny isnt it? it wont last 2weeks if that, a 2Kg FEwill last you about 3months i should think. There are always variables though.
