is this blood on my clown plec if so what can i do to help and what has happened, if not what could it be??

Red edging to fins can be bad water quality to septicemia.
I would check in the plec section to make sure its not his colouring.

The first pic looks like septicemia to me,
Check your water quality.

its an L104 plec i have a pair of them they are wild pair. just got them recently
what should i do to help it???

It looks like septicemia to me but I would still check in the plec section of the forum.
Anti internal bacteria med by interpet, though septicemia hard to cure and the meds not that great.
