hey

i was just wondering would be at all possible to put ne kind of cichlid in a 5 gallon tank if so what kind would be able to go in

stick with a beta, or something that will do good in such a small tank. Cichlid is not a good idea for that small of a tank

I agree, too small for cichlids.

You could get a dwarf puffer. They're pretty nice, but you couldn't put anything else in with it except maybe an ottocinclus.

i supose i would to, the smallest tank i have is 6 gallon and thats a fry rearing tank :)
umm you could have bolivian rams maybe fro mwhat i know they only grow to about 2"-3".

im sure there are other dwarf cichlids like COKATOO CIHLIDS they are nice and colourfull i seen them at the lfs last week.

i hope that helps :)
