Is This A Plantlet?

on sunday i bought a javas fern plant on bogwood and I have discovered what i think is a plantlet, could you clarify this for me?

Yes, that's exactly what you've got!

You can either leave it where it is or, when it's large enough, move it somewhere else.

Think you'll find with this that the leaf it is attached to dies off and the plantlets become detached as a consequence. This can however look quite unsightly, but the longer you can leave them on the mother plant the better as they have a better chance of growing by themselves if you do. That's of course if you want more of the same plants in the tank!
