Is This A Plakat ?

I haven't been on here in a while, but I just bought a new betta. I went to this fish store and they had some male bettas with short tails. But they called it Round tail.

I was wondering if this was a plakat i got a picture, its blurry but it has the shape

I could be wrong, since the picture is bad, but the caudal sort of looks like a plakat.

Yupp looks like a traditional plakat to me
