Is This A Good Lighting Rig?

It's cheap and will fit my 3ft 22.9gal (I think)

I have been thinking about buying it but the biggest put off for me is My tanks on a unit and if I have this turned on wont the lights be straight in my eyes if I lay on my bed below it

Okay if no one knows about that,
Maybe how about something that I can use more than one light as my Lid restricts me,
I have absolutely no idea where to look

That one comes with marine tubes, not too good for plants, though they can be changed - this makes it quite expensive though.

I (and a few others on here) ripped out the standard lighting from our hoods/lids and/or managed to squeeze a second tube in. I took out my 15w T8 and put in a 36w Power Compact T5 - cost me ~£35 all in.

Still, note that higher light levels means you really need to consider CO2 and decent fertiliser and also your water change frequency and amount. Add more light and get the rest wrong and algae will love you

I have made a Diy Co2 injector But is there any chance that it could add to much Co2?
Thats my concern even though its low im still scared of that happening,
I have 22.9 gal,
