I would say go for it, you'll just just over 2 WPG which is alright.

Those Jebo light are really cheap pricewise. I hear they arent the greatest quality but for that price I would go for it.

The lamps mounted in that enclosure are not really suitable for freshwater/planted tanks. They are more suited to a marine set up.
