Is this a good deal?

Saw this ad in the paper:
AQUARIUM 40 Gallon Solid oak, with storage. Excellent condition. No leaks. Includes accessories $250/offer.

Is this a good deal (or what should I offer)? I'm calling to see what size 40 it is (long/tall/breeder) and I have to make sure it will even FIT where I want to put it (LOL). Also not sure what "accessories" there are, but I'll find out.

Opinions?

I'd get it if I were you! Solid oak is expensive - with a 40gal tank ontop it's a bargain!

bit of an expensive tank unless you can apreciate the oak cabinet properly.

I had a solid oak cabinet made for under my 55 and it was done for me at the cost of the wood alone, so I think its a pretty good deal... and consider whatever accessories to be a bonus!

I agree with what Paul_MTS said. You're paying for a stand that comes with a fish tank.

wow, that's quite a good deal. but i got my 29 gallon tank only for about $110 at PetSmart. lucky me, it was the last day that tank was on sale. including stand. oak. nice one.

my LFS sells a 55G tank stand hood and lights for $220 brand new in oak (all-glass brand)
