Siamese algae eater in my opinion...foxes tend to have a very clean black stripe where as the SAE is more ragged...if that makes sense? Maybe a closer picture would help?

The flying fox species Epalzeorhynchos kalopterus is frequently confused with the true Siamese Algae Eater Crossocheilus langei and sometimes the False Siamese Algae Eater. The Flying Fox has white-edged red and black coloured fins, not clear fins as in the other. The False SAE (Garra cambodgiensis) can be distinguished by the dark lateral band that ends at the caudal peduncle whereas on Crossocheilus langei this band continues into the caudal fin. Based upon this from the photo I would suggest you have Crossocheilus langei.

This agrees with previous members' posts, I just wanted to provide some detail for future.
