It looks to be Thorichthys as mentioned... possibly T. aureus or one of the "mixteco" varieties.
By the way, female firemouths do have plenty of red coloration. Not to be negative, but the idea of sexing meeki that way is inaccurate. Meeki are often difficult to sex as subadults because they look so similar. After keeping these fish for the better part of 20 years, in my opinion the more noticable gender differences are body shape and structure, i.e the very long fin trailers and bigger head on males compared to females.
