Is This A Bubble Nest?

Is this a bubble nest or just bubbles that have clumped together because of the filter?
I can't tell lol
The Filter is way over the other side of the tank, so I'm not sure.

His tank is a 16L with filter and heater (26*C)

Looks like a bubble nest because my tanks that have filters never do that and my Betta tanks without filters do that males only

I am an expert and can tell you this is not a bubblenest.... this a result of your fishes diet, if they have certain foods, they will begin to foam at the mouth creating what appears to ba a bubble nest but is really a chemical poinson that could eat you alive...

That's a banana lily.
The leaves grow nice and big, which he can rest on.
There is another plant over the other side of the tank, but I can't remember the actual name.
