is this 100% pure ammonia

Yes, it's perfect.

Where did you get it from?

Be careful not to use too much. The stuff I got I only needed 3 drops in a 55 gallon aquarium to get 2ppm.

Ok. Well, it's hard to figure out how much you'll need to use in your tank, like I said, be careful not to use too much.

What size tank are you cycling?

Fishless cycling is so much quicker, especially if you use media from an already cycled tank. I cycled my 55 gallon in 2 weeks.

When you add the ammonia, add it one drop at a time, wait about 10 minutes before testing the water. (My filter pumped 350 gallons per hour, that means my entire tank got pushed through it in 10 minutes, yours may be quicker or slower). Test the water, then add more if needed.
I made the mistake of just pouring a bunch in, ended up doing an 80% water change.

75 gallons

Tell me about it. I've cycled 5 tanks fishlessly( gallons: 10, 46, 55, 90, and starting a 75) all took under 12 days. I've tried cycling a 12 gallon tank with 7 danios, 2 died and the cycle took about 4 weeks

Yeah, my 20 took 5 weeks to fully cycle, it sucked.

You can buy them from walmart ezly but use with caution tho too much will acturally overwhelm the bacteria inside ur filter :).
