Is there too many decorations in my tank?

Hello all! This is a silly question, but I want to make sure my fish are living a happy life. Do you think there are too many decorations in my tank? I have a 75 gal tank.

move the airstone, wood and plants to the back of the tank and it is fine for the goldfish.

Just like @Colin_T says move all the decorations to the back of the tank. I would give these guys some live plants, goldfish love live plants.
