is there anyway I can treat ich with...

I have a red dalmation molly that has ich on her tail. I wanted to know if there is anyway I can treat this with salt? The onnly reason I ask this is because I cant get around to the store until thursday and I am afraid that she will die before then

I use 1 teaspoon of salt for every 5g of water during treatment. And raise temperature during this time to 83-84. If not working then its a must to use medicine.

well better sooner then late. But normally ich wouldn't kill a fish with in 3 days. Unless it had been with it for like weeks before u discover it.
