Is There Anything I Can Do To Save Her?

Apologies for posting all over the forums today, but I would love to be able to save this little girl, for details read my thread over in the tropical discussions or emergency forums.

Here is a very poorly female sailfin molly who arrived in the post this morning:

I have taken her out of the tank as she was struggling so much, i'm setting up a hospital tank now to put her & a swordtail also showing a patch of fungus in.

Any advice?

I would try some salt it helps relieve stress and helps recovery. I hope she is ok.

Is her belly really bloated?
if it is, idk if this works for other fish beside goldfish, but you could drop some hydrogyn par. in there! My friend's goldfish was having trouble swimming(had a bloated belly), flopping sideways and stuff... The famious & very sad "Belly up" position. The guy at the store said to put that hyd. p. in there and it recovered right away!
That very same goldfish is alive today
