well I got 1 and its is small so it means it wont grow that tall? the tag said small Echinodorus Bleheri

in essence NO but you train it to be the height you want.

basically when a leaf hits the surface pull it out from the base (make sure you get the white fleshy bit from the base of the stem.
in time the plant learns that if it grows too tall it will loose a leaf.

i have bhleri in a 12G, about 25cm tall. i have also had the same plant in a 2 foot tall tank with the leaves poking above the surface!
