Is there a difference in these two?

Hi i was wondering whether i shud go for the one made especially for aquariums or will the other one be good enough? or are they the same?

here are the bulbs.....i need one for growing my plants better.theyre both 6500K, but i was thinking maybe theres a difference in the color or something like that? (not a lighting expert)

Use the the one designed for the perpose the other will not be sutable for plants and could casue algea.

I use the spirals (cheaper). No problems so far.

As long as they have the right K value, either one is fine.
