A few of those plants are plastic right?
Plastic plants like that can easily rip betta fins, really you need ither live plants or silk plants, i'd say a little overcrowded but if it was all live plants it would be fine because your betta would love it to nibble and rest on,

i agree that the plastic might snag and tear fins but as for over crowded, no way. bettas love a jungly tank. the are great at squeezing thru and around plants and other decor.
color scheme not my taste but im sure the fish will love it!

I agree with Lorax on this one, the more the better, though definately not plastic.
