Is Tetra Food Tetra Fresh Delica Any Good?

hi, just wanted to know if any of you have tried the Tetra Food Tetra Fresh Delica range for your cichlids, if so, is it any good? they have bloodworm, daphnia and brine shrimp. i was interested in getting the brine shrimp and daphnia for my african peacock cichlids.

I don't know about nutritional value, Iused it a while back on Tetras etc and they wernt fussed with it, the last few sachets I had were fed to my current tank residents and they wolfed it down, its clean and handy....
