I have to say those fins do look a little bit long for a girl, but you have to get an expert opinion. Congradulations anyway there all beautiful and that baby girl is so cute  i couldnt have resisted her either. Good luck with them

Yea s/he is lookin a little on the chubby side  . Id be tempted to say boy, best just to keep and eye on him/her and see if there is any agression or mating behaviour if there is out he comes!

Anal fin is long and pointed, but still could be a girly. Looks awful bloated, though so I'd keep an eye on that. Is there any aggression or is he/she in a tank alone?

'She' is with 3 other females and there is no aggression what so ever. I asked about the big tummys before and people said 'she' could be eggy. Im not over feeding so i dont know what else it could be, im very careful at feeding time.

No it wasnt feeding time when i took those pics.

I will keep an eye on 'her' but if she is male ii will have to give 'him' to my friend as i cant have another male betta tank. I hope she is a girl so i can keep her.

He/She is lovely, I'd definitely snap him/her up!
Either eggy or bloated, try giving the tank a pea to eat, break it up into little bits for them to eat. Either way she's massive! If there's no aggression, just keep an eye on them :good:

I will try the pea first thing in the morning (need to go out and buy some peas, dont think anywhere is open at midnight!)

There is no aggression what so ever, but im keeping a close eye on them, especcially Bubbles, my new baby, cos shes so tiny at only one centimetre long!

Anyone else have any opinions on if Sunrise is a boy of a girl?

It looks like a boy. But Im not too sure about the chubby side... it could be a girl thats preggy ?
i would keep an eye on it though. And drop a pea in the tank for s/he to eat

No idea if it's a male or female. It's a lovely fish either way though.
As for the big belly... As others suggested, I'd feed a little bit of pea, and then I would fast them for a few days as well, just to make sure that the pea is helping to clean their systems out.

Thanks everyone, i fed 'her' some pea and 'she' really enjoyed it. She doesnt look as bloated today as yesterday but i will keep a close eye on her.
