she is not as big but this would be her first batch.

I'm not sure what the question is here? Is she goign to drop a batch of fry? Or is she going to drop dead from exhaustion? The 'white spot' you're talking about is unlikely to be a gravid spot ie sign of pregnancy due to the fact it's white. Pregnant live bearers show a dark spot. A white spot is somwhat worrying and more likely to be a fungus. Anyway if she is pregnant and about to give birth, the best thing you can do is put the lights out and give her some peace and quiet. Are there plenty of hiding places although i assume not if the male is harassing her. Are there any other females in the tank? Can you get the male out temporarily? Don't move the female, the stress of moving could force her to abort.
