I recently bought two, small (6cm) female opaline gouramis for my 58litre tank. The last couple of days, however, one of them has been facing the back corner behind the plants. She doesn't go for her food very much and is sometimes chased by the other gourami, though usually they are very friendly. She now has a yellow/brown, patch under her eye, stretching to her mouth. It is almost cottony but is not bushy. She does not seem bloated and her colour seems to be fine. I do not have another tank to put her in either.
I had my water checked at the store where they said it was fine and I don't think it has anything to do with the water as my other fish is fine.
I've done two 20 percent water changes so far, with about 3 days in between.
Temperature: 26 degees
Planted partially with artificial plants.
Thanks for any help.

I decided to use an internal bacteria medication as it was the most suitable one I could find she's been a lot better; out of the corner and feeding on crushed flakes. :)

Sometimes you have to use anti fungus and finrot med as well by interpet, good luck.
