Is She Constipated? Swim Bladder?

So I bought new tanks for Melody and Mufasa today, and then I put Ariel back in her old tank and Neptune back in his. Now Ariel is swimming a bit sideways, and acting a bit weird.. Could it be stress from the new tank or something? Swim bladder? Constipation? I tried giving her a pea but it didn't work. AND just before I changed her water she ate some FDB (Freeze dried bloodworms) I hope she's okay.. She's my first girl betta and I don't want to lose her. Here's a pic and a video so you can see what I'm talking about.

Definitely swim bladder, and it's probably due to constipation. Don't feed her anything, except for pea if you can get her to eat it. If she doesn't clean out in a day or so on her own, give her an Epsom salt bath (1 tablespoon Epsom salt for 1 gallon of water for about 20 minutes) once or twice a day. That should solve it no problem.

Oops. Must have got overexcited on the bloodworms.. . I fed her a pellet tonight seeing as she was looking alot better and swimming normal. I won't feed her in the morning though just to make sure.

My bad.. I got a little overexcited.. . She's eating just fine now though, and she's swimming alot better.
