Is My Tank Cycled?

Water parameters are:

Ph: 7.8
Ammo: 0ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: between 80 and 160 ppm

Tank is 3 months old. Slightly overstocked, but over filtered. Im using an API test kit thats only about 2 months old. Appreciate any help, thanks.

It would definitely seem so. The nitrate levels being so high and the nitrite and ammonia levels so low means that the cycle is working. You are going to want to do some water changes to lower the nitrate levels. Those levels aren't really dangerous, but when the level is that high, it means that other things in the water are probably a bit high as well. I would do a few water changes over the next few days to lower them. Congrats on the cycle!
