Is my swordtail pregnant or does it have dropsy

Some scales are missing from the top of it’s head and it has been fat for a month now. The male is always bothering it but there is no aggression, the males is following the female in the picture as well. View attachment 113504

If the female is in the same tank as a male, then she is most likely pregnant.
If you want to make sure it's not dropsy though, you can look at her from above. If she has dropsy, then her scales will stick out like a pine cone.
