Is My Sword Dying?

Hi Guys

Just recently i have noticed that my amazon sword has started to what looks like die back, which followed shortly after a bit of pruning. I have a juwel 240 which has the standard light tubes fitted which i know you are probably going to say this isn't enough wattage but up til now the plant has thrived.Any ideas what the problem could be.

if the light is the same, then ill go with the next obvious.... plant Macro and Micro nutrients.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've learnt from this forum, Swords primarily get their nutrients via their roots and they have really big roots. I think they need quite a deep substrate and Root tabs (inserted under the root) can be of benefit to these plants.
