Is My Guppy Pregnant?

Does anyone know if she is pregnant? if she is how long do you think until she has her fry? 2 weeks maybe?

ive researched on gravid spots ALOT...haha...I can't tell by looking at the gravid spot i was wondering if someone more experienced than me with breeding guppies could tell

She's got about another week, 10 days IMO.

You can tell when they're very near (within a day or so) because her belly will 'square off'; get more cube shaped, especially at the front, where there will be almost like 'corners' to her tummy.

The gravid spot is a spot near the anus that can be dark or pink colored, but it's not a real sign of pregnancy.

yea ive kind of given up on gravid spots...haha can you tell by the basic shape of a guppy, besides being squared off, to kind of estimate how long they have?

Not really, no; apart from the fatter they are, the nearer they are, obviously! Squaring off is the best sign; once you've seen one, you'll recognise it next time
