Is My Dwarf Gourami Sick?

My female dwarf gourami has a rather large lump on one side of her body and seems breathless. Her scales definitely aren't protruding so I'm guessing it's not dropsy. Is she ill at all? And what should I do?

Issolate her as the lump can burst infecting the whole tank.
With being breathless don't hold out much hope to be honest,.
If you think the fish is not to weak for a bacterial med then don't forget to increase aeration.

Thanks. She having a warm salt bath now. Given her two doses of the anti-bacterial stuff. She doesn't look particularly weak but she's still rapid breathing, and the lumps not going down. Guess I just wait and see.
