Is My Blue Gourami Sick?

Hey guys,
For the past two months my Blue Gourami has had redness in the beginning of her fins. She also has a weird Brown strip on her fin that has appeared 2 weeks ago. Should I be concerned?

Can you post a picture so we can see what we are dealing with?
Most blue gourami are actually males so the red could be just his colouration coming through as he matures.
