Is My Black Widow Tetra Pregnant?

Hi

I have had my black widows for about 2 months now and they are great fish. But recently a couple of weeks ago one of them has become considerably large. I was just wondering is it pregnant? When I compare it to the others it is huge. I've posted some pics, (Sorry they aren't very good) can anyone help... please

Tetras dont get pregnant!
they are egg layers, so your tetra is either constipated, or it has dropsy which i cant really tell cos the photo isnt clear, do the scales look as if they are sticking out from the body, in a pinecone fashion?

If not it could be some sort of tumor!
