I have a single male Betta in a 10gal tank, the Ammonia is 0, the PH is 7.4, and the Temp is 80F, I noticed his tail seems to be getting smaller, the other day I noticed a clear transparent spot on the tip of his tail. He is eating well and swimming strong. I did a 5gal water change and added a tbs of slat yesterday. Is there something I should worry about? If so is there anything I need to do?

Just to be sure.. don't add table salt, and not marine salt either. It's "aquarium salt" that you want.
