Hi, I bought a 2nd hand dual 55w PC ballast and 2 55w PC tubes.
Basically one of the tubes is broken, the plastic bit (connector) has come off, however, if I shove it back on, it stays, the other seems fine, and when I connect the 2 lights up, the unbroken one works, but appears dimmer then my 30w T8!
so is the ballast broken as well?
