I have a 12 gallon (45.4 liter) aquarium. I currently have 6 Harlequin Rasboras, 2 panda cory cats, and 1 sunset honey Gourami. I was wondering if I have too many fish, just enough, or if I could add two more of they Harlequins? Thank you in advanced for your answer.

What kind of filtration are you using? Do you have live plants? Do you have an airstone? What is your maintenance schedule on your aquarium? What are your water parameters?

If you have an established aquarium and you do regular partial water changes you are fine. I wouldn't add any more Rasbora's if you add anything I would get more Corydoras.

I use a Biowheel filter, with an Eclipse filter cartridge. I have the aquarium mildly planted, currently 2 Amazon Sword Plants and some other one that I forgot the name of, but has many thin leaves. I do not use an airstone, and I do a 25% water change about every 3 weeks as it is, when my nitrates get higher. I currently have no ammonia or nitrite, with a pH which is almost always 7, and moderately soft water.

I think Ill get 2 more Corys then, they're my favourite fish in my tank anyways. Thank you very much. :)

haha they said u have too many and you're getting 2 more

to each their own. if your going to add more i would do larger water changes more often than every 3 weeks.

yeah well, the one guy said I might be okay by adding more Corys :p I have selective reading, and I was hoping someone would say I can add at least something more. >_>
