Is it safe?

I have severums in the tank, if I give them live food will the other fish in my tank 3 large Tin foils and a pleco eat any of it and if they did would they become ill because of that?

Hi,

When you say live food; I'm guessing you mean Daphnia, Blood Worm etc..?

If you are these will be fine for both your severum and T/F Barbs! Your Plecostomus probably wouldn't be interested as they herbivorous..
