while I do my partial water changes?

I just got a bubble wall today. (Love it!) and I was wondering if there was any reason I shoul turn it off during water changes?

You need to turn all electrical equipment off during a water change.
Filter, heater, light etc.

I would turn it off unless you want water splashed everywhere LOL its okay to leave on otherwise though.
I keep my air pump on 24/7 sometimes i adjust the bubble flow, but thats about it, unless im doing a water change in which case i turn it off.
